Cirque du Soleil returns to Sioux Falls next month for the troupe’s brand-new arena creation, “Crystal,” Sept. 20-23.
To celebrate the internationally famous company’s return to Sioux Falls, Denny Sanford Premier Center staff are participating in downtown Sioux Falls’ monthly “First Friday” celebration Sept. 7 with several “Crystal”-themed activities.
First Friday attendees can win free tickets to “Crystal,” enjoy free shaved ice from Dakota Snow, a cookie decorating station with Cookie Jar sugar cookies, participate in nail art and coloring stations, and take selfies at a photo booth using “Crystal”-themed backdrops and props.
The activities will run from 3 to 8 p.m. inside the Shriver Square building at the corner of 11th Street and Phillips Avenue. The event is free and open to all ages.
Tickets for Cirque du Soleil’s “Crystal” are still available at the box office, online at ticketmaster.com, or charge-by-phone at 800-745-3000…
